COVID-19 UPDATE

At Bethany Lutheran Health Services we are following all the CDC recommendations to protect our residents and community members. The following has been in effect for the last two weeks and will continue until we are directed on new procedures. Please check our Facebook page or our website for up to date information.

Newest Update: We had three staff members at Bethany Lutheran Home test positive for COVID on 12/22/23, the Employees will return back to work when their quarantined period is over. We also had one resident at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 12/22/23, the resident is on isolation, we will continue surveillance testing for the next 14 days. Depending on our COVID status surveillance testing may extend. We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

We had four staff members at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 12/20/23, the Employees will return back to work when their quarantined period is over. We also had four residents at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 12/20/23, the residents are on isolation, we will continue surveillance testing for the next 14 days. Depending on our COVID status surveillance testing may extend, We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

We had one staff member at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 11/24/23, the Employee will return back to work when their quarantined period is over. We also had one resident at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 11/24/23, The resident is on Isolation, We will continue surveillance testing for the next 14 Days. Depending on our COVID status surveillance testing may extend, We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

We had one staff member at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 10/20/23, the Employee will return back to work when their quarantined period is over. We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

 We had one resident at Bethany Home test positive for COVID on 9/11/23, The resident is on Isolation, We will continue surveillance testing for the next 14 Days, depending on our COVID status surveillance testing may extend. We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

We had two tenants at Bethany Heights test positive for COVID on 9/8/23, The tenants are on Isolation, We will continue surveillance testing for the next 14 Days, depending on our COVID status surveillance testing may extend. We recommend all visitors where masks until further notice.

We had One Staff Member Test Positive for COVID on May 15th 2023, the Employee will Return back to work when their Quarantined Period is over.

We had One Staff Member Test Positive for COVID on May 4th 2023, the Employee will Return back to work when their Quarantined Period is over.

We had Two Staff Members Test Positive for COVID on May 3rd 2023, the Employees will Return back to work when their Quarantined Period is over. We also had Three Tenants Test Positive on May 3rd 2023, The Tenants are on Isolation. We will Continue Surveillance Testing for the Next 14 Days.

We Had One Resident Test Positive for COVID on 4/21/23, The Resident is on Isolation, We will Continue Surveillance Testing for the Next 14 Days.

At Bethany Heights we Had a Tenant Test Positive for COVID on 4/3/23, The Tenant is on Isolation, We will Continue Surveillance Testing for the Next 14 Days.

We had one Staff Member Test Positive for COVID on April 1st, the Employee will Return back to work when their Quarantined Period is over. We also had one Tenant Test Positive on 4/3/23, The Tenant is on Isolation. We will Continue Surveillance Testing for the Next 14 Days.

We Had one Tenant at Bethany Heights Test Positive for COVID on March 29th 2023, The Tenant is on Isolation. We also had One Employee at Bethany Heights Test Positive for COVID on March 30th 2023, The Employee Will Return Back to Work When Their Quarantined Period is Over, We will Continue Surveillance Testing for 14 Days.

We Had one Tenant at Bethany Heights Test Positive for COVID on March 27th 2023, The Tenant is on Isolation. We will Continue Surveillance Testing for 14 Days.

We had One Resident Test Positive for COVID on March 21st 2023, The Resident is on isolation. We will Continue Surveillance Testing for 14 Days.

We had one Staff Member Test Positive for COVID on March 14th 2023, We will Continue Surveillance Testing for 14 Days.

We Continue Surveillance Testing for the Next 14 Days from the last Positive COVID Case.

We had One Positive Staff Member for COVID on March 3rd, 2023 We will Continue Surveillance Testing for 14 days.

We Continue to Only Have One Staff Member Test Positive for COVID from Feb. 16th 2023, We are Going to Continue Surveillance Testing from Feb. 16th 2023, For 14 days.

2/17/2021 Weekly Update:

I am happy to announce that we will have no positive cases of Covid at this time and will be making some changes starting on Monday. The visits that are occurring in the doorway area are being extended to 20 minutes. The beautician Shay will be returning and we will begin small group activities. Please read the letter that is attached that has further details of what our guidelines will be. The rate of positivity in our county is decreasing which is a great sign.
